1. Start by sketching out your bird in pencil on a piece of paper.
2. Next, use a white paint to begin painting the bird.
3. You can add in some details like the beak and eye with a black paint.
4. Once the white paint is dry, start painting the sea around the bird.
5. Use different shades of blue to create a realistic ocean.
6. Finally, add in some white waves near the shore.

Great painting set, fantastic detail, really needed the second copy sheet for reference which has been invaluable. Good quality colours in airtight pots. The three brushes provided were adequate but needed a micro brush for those smaller areas and close lines. Will defo buy another from what I think is the only company to do vehicles etc.
Am really happy with everything the detail is amazing got it for my girl friend she loves it it’s not done yet but can’t wait to see the finished product you’ve made one happy girl

I sent for paint by numbers after my much loved dog Clancy died. I wanted to paint a favourite painting of him but I’m not an artist.
