How to add a touch of whimsy to your home with penguin pavement paintings

Do you love penguins? Do you love art? If you answered yes to either (or both!) of these questions, then you'll love this fun and easy project that brings a touch of whimsy to your home.

With just a few supplies, you can create your own penguin pavement paintings that will add a smile to everyone's face. Here's what you'll need:

-A can of black chalkboard paint
-A can of white chalkboard paint
-A small paintbrush
-A large paintbrush
-A roll of masking tape
-A piece of cardboard
-A sharpie

First, you'll need to decide on the design of your penguin painting. Will you go for a traditional black and white penguin, or add a pop of color with a rainbow penguin? Once you've decided, it's time to get started!

Using the small paintbrush, paint your design onto the piece of cardboard. If you're not confident in your painting skills, no worries! This is supposed to be fun and whimsical, so perfection is not the goal.

Next, use the masking tape to outline your design on the pavement. Make sure the tape is firmly pressed down so that your design doesn't get smudged.

Now it's time to paint! Using the large paintbrush, fill in your design with the black chalkboard paint. Be sure to go over the edges of the masking tape so that your design is nice and crisp.

Once the black paint is dry, it's time to add the white details. Use the small paintbrush to paint on the white belly, eyes, and beak. You can also add any other details that you like, such as stars, flowers, or hearts.

Let your penguin pavement painting dry overnight, and then carefully remove the masking tape. You'll be left with a fun and whimsical work of art that will add a touch of personality to your home.
